Tyler 50 & Forward: Sharing Memories

A lot of memories get created during 50-years. We know that first-hand at John Tyler Community College. As we reflect on the journey taken by thousands of students during our college’s five-decades, we find ourselves asking: how do we capture and save some of the moments that best define John Tyler Community College and the experiences of our alumni, students, retirees, faculty, staff and community partners? We need your help in answering that question!
As part of JTCC’s 50th anniversary celebration, the college is building a time capsule to capture some of our best memories to share with future John Tyler students, faculty, staff and community members.
To do this, we need our alumni, students, retirees, faculty and staff to get involved, and let us know what you think should be included in JTCC’s 50th anniversary time capsule. Be creative. We’re looking for a wide variety of memories, and we are searching for ideas as to how best present those memories. Remember, time capsules only have limited space in them!
We’re now accepting ideas for JTCC’s anniversary time capsule. Send yours in using the online form found on our 50th anniversary web site at jtcc.edu/50/timecapsule.
