Division offices in Chester and Midlothian are typically open 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday. On Friday, typical hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The JTCC Nursing Education Center is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
