Classes that meet on days and at times that are not addressed by the above schedule will conduct their final examinations (during the official final examination period) on the last day of the week of their regularly scheduled weekly meetings and start at either 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., or 7:00 p.m., whichever is closest to the regular starting time of the normal class meeting. For example, a class scheduled 8:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays will have its final examination on Tuesday, May 7, starting at 8:30 a.m.
1st 8-Week Session, 2nd 8-Week Session and 12-Week Session exams will be held on the last scheduled class of the session.
Examinations must be held at the scheduled times noted above. No exceptions shall be made without the permission of the appropriate academic dean. Requests for exception must be submitted via e-mail to the appropriate academic dean.
