Green Show / New Building
At next week’s meeting we will be having sign-ups for hanging up the “Green Show” it will be on Tuesday, September 29, between 9am-3pm

New Building Opening & Show
Hanging for the grand opening of the new building of the “Green Show” will be Tuesday September 29 from 9am to 3pm (maybe later) any and all help would be appreciated.
Pizza Sales Canceled
Next week’s pizza sale has been canceled due to the fact there will be free food for the students and staff. We would like to have table for this event for the art club where instead of selling pizza, you would just be representing the art club and answering any questions. If it’s ok, the people who have already signed up for shifts will still work the shifts they signed up for, but we still need volunteers to fill the rest of the shifts, so please email me letting me know if you can work a shift.

Welcome to the fall 2009 John Tyler Community College Art Club.

The position of Vice President and Representative are still open and need to be filled, if you have any questions about these positions and their responsibilities please fill free to ask any of the officers or Colin Ferguson. The Art Club will be continuing the Tuesday pizza sale, to raise funds for the New York trip in the spring semester.
