About

The JTCC Art Club is a club for students in any major who are interested in art.

During the fall 2009 semester, the Art Club meets every Tuesday at 12:30 PM in room A217 on the Midlothian campus of John Tyler Community College.

Our mission is to provide visual arts students, as well as all John Tyler students, faculty, staff and the greater community, exposure to the arts in all forms. The club helps visual arts students pursue their academic, professional and personal goals through exhibition and portfolio opportunities. Each April, the club organizes a low-cost bus trip to New York City, and throughout the year, club members look for opportunities to see art in the greater Richmond community.
