Hello everyone!

Our first meeting this semester will be held this upcoming Tuesday, Sept. 1st at 12:30 in room A-220K on the Midlothian campus. That’s a change from last semester: the new location is inside the Faculty Suite to the far right as you enter.

We’ll have a small pizza and soda sale on Tuesday starting at 11:45 until we run out. We need volunteers! If you’re interested in helping out, email Mr. Ferguson at < cferguson@jtcc.edu >.

That’s it for now; see you all next week!

Welcome new and returning students!

The start of a new school year means the start of a new semester of the Art Club at John Tyler. Last year was a blast. The Art Club is a terrific way to meet and get to know other students who are interested in art.

The Art Club is a student club at John Tyler Community College for those who make or are interested in art. Every year we take trips to D.C. and New York, view art at local venues, and participate in functions around the college:

  • weekly pizza sales,
  • art sales every semester,
  • Fool for Art festival at John Tyler,
  • First Friday Art Walks in Richmond,
  • and of course trips far afoot.

You don’t have to be an art major to join, and we have members at both campuses. If you’re interested in learning more about the Art Club, contact cferguson@jtcc.edu for information.
