Enabling JavaScript and Cookies in Netscape

1. Click "Edit" on Netscape's menu bar.
2. Click "Preferences".
3. The "Preferences" dialog box will open.
4. In the "Category" menu on the left-hand side of the box and click the arrow to the left of "Privacy and Security".
5. Click "Cookies".
6. The "Enable all cookies" button should be selected. If it isn't, click it.
7. Click "Advanced" in the "Category" menu. 
8. The "Enable Java" and "Enable native object scripting" boxes should be checked.  If they aren't, click them.
9. Click the arrow to the left of "Advanced" in the "Category" menu. 
10. Click "Cache".
11. If not already selected, click "Every time I view the page".
12. Click the "OK" button to close the dialog box.
