Classes that meet on days and at times that are not addressed by the above schedule will conduct their final examinations on the last day of the week of their regularly scheduled weekly meetings. The exams will start at either 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m., whichever is closest to the regular starting time of the normal class meeting. For example, a class scheduled 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays will have its final examination on Tuesday, May 4, starting at 8:30 a.m.

Examinations must be held at the scheduled times noted above. No exceptions shall be made without the permission of the vice president of academic and student services. Requests for exception must be submitted via e-mail to the vice president with copies to the appropriate academic dean.
