How do I deposit my refund to my existing bank account?
During the registration process, log in to the JTCC Refund Portal and select Direct Deposit (ACH) as your preferred refund method.
How will I know when my refund has been direct deposited to my account?
TMS will send an e-mail alert to your student e-mail account and any alternate e-mail address you entered during registration on the JTCC Refund Portal.
What if I change or close my bank account?
If you change or close your bank account and you have previously selected direct deposit (ACH) as your refund disbursement preference, you need to login to the JTCC Refund Portal to update your bank account information. TMS will contact you about any undelivered direct deposit (ACH) payments.
