Where can I receive help with Blackboard, student e-mail (Gmail) accounts and other instructional technologies?
Students receive assistance with Blackboard or their student e-mail accounts by filling out the help request form at jtcc.edu/bbemailhelp or by calling 804-594-1620 during regular business hours. Blackboard tutorials can be found in the Help & Support button in every course menu or at jtcc.edu/mytyler/blackboard/.
Faculty receive technical support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Office has created a website where information regarding group or individualized training sessions and/or instructional assistance can be found.
I registered and paid for my courses, why can’t I see them in Blackboard or login to Blackboard?
Instructors may choose to not make a course available until the first day of classes. Contact your instructor for information regarding a particular course.
Where can I find the schedule for online and hybrid courses?

Where can I find information on the Testing Center?
