Did you know the college provides a number of services designed to help students succeed in their classes, prepare for their future careers, connect to other students, and support varying needs as they arise? During the fall semester, all of these resources are available remotely, so you can access them from your home. Some offices are also able to offer some on-campus assistance. Check out their web pages to find out how best to access these services. Support services at Tyler include:
Tutoring: The Academic Resource Center, commonly known as the ARC, provides free tutoring in a variety of subjects, study groups, paper reviews and more.
Library: The Library provides research assistance, access to a variety of resources and databases, technology loans and more.
Career Services: Staff in the Career Services Office connect to jobs and internships; helps with resume writing and job interview skills; holds workshops and career fairs.
Care Team: Tyler’s Care Team helps students who are struggling with personal issues by connecting them to support services on campus or in the community.
Student Activities: The college’s Student Activities Office oversees student clubs and organizations and holds a variety of activities to help students connect with their classmates.
