Single Stop Provides Helpful Resources to Students

Posted on February 15, 2021

Food assistance, health care, housing assistance, educational resources, and legal assistance are just a few of the resources you can find through Single Stop. Single Stop is a tool that connects students to a wide variety of government and community resources with a goal of helping them attain financial security. It’s free to use, and if you complete an online screening, Single Stop can estimate in minutes what supplemental resources you might be eligible to receive. Single Stop staff are also available to assist students in accessing these resources.

The college’s partnership with Single Stop USA is also giving students the opportunity to file their taxes online for free this year. The facilitated self-assisted tax program will assist you with preparing and filing your taxes, and if questions arise, support will be available. Visit to learn more.
