Are you new Tyler student? If so, welcome Trailblazer! We want to make sure you have the information you need for a rewarding, successful and enjoyable experience at John Tyler. So, we are holding a series of New Student Orientations, designed to introduce you to the college and the resources available to you.

At New Student Orientation, you will:

Learn about the many resources you can use to support your success

• Take tours, and get campus information
• Find out about faculty expectations
• Get your student ID

Parents and friends are welcome to attend orientation with you.

In preparation for the fall semester, a series of New Student Orientation sessions are being held at each campus.

Chester Campus
Note: All sessions meet in the Nicholas Center

Midlothian Campus
Note: All sessions meet in the T Building, Lynn Theatre (T112)

Students interested in participating in a New Student Orientation are encouraged to sign up for a session in advance at www.jtcc.edu/orientation. If you are unsure which session you can join, you may also sign up at the door the day of the event.
