John Tyler Community College seeks to support all of our students in achieving their goals through academic and career success. We understand that students who are pregnant or parenting may face additional challenges when juggling school and parenting responsibilities. Breastfeeding and Lactation Rooms
Private breastfeeding and lactation rooms are available for all JTCC students, faculty, and staff, but you must make an appointment in advance; walk-ins are not available. To arrange for time in one of our lactation rooms, please contact Michelle Spencer, Associate Dean of Students, at 804-594-1534 or firstname.lastname@example.org or Sandra Kirkland, Dean of Students, at 804-594-1566 or email@example.com. *Rooms are equipped with refrigerators for storage of breastmilk.
