Using Aid for Bookstore Purchases
You may purchase books and supplies with financial aid that remains after tuition and fees are deducted. While you do not need a bookstore voucher to use your aid for purchases, effective Fall 2019 you will be required to complete a Bookstore Authorization Form. For your convenience, this form can be accessed and completed via your MyTyler Financial Aid To-Do list. Upon your successful completion of this form, you will be able to visit the Tyler bookstore during the timeframes below with your Student ID number and your schedule of classes.

You should plan to purchase all books and supplies during these times. There will be no book charges after the date listed above. If the books you need are on back-order, you should speak with bookstore management for special arrangements.
If you want to drop a class and return books, you must return your books before you drop the class. You must present your original receipt AND do your return by the deadlines listed above.

Due to the disruption of COVID-19, the campus bookstore is only open for online purchasing. You can purchase your books and/or other course materials by visiting the bookstore website and following the directions below.
1. Click “Textbooks” link or icon from header
2. Find your courses and add course materials to your shopping bag
3. Click “Checkout” and follow the prompts to select your delivery method
4. Payment Method - select payment method and enter your information
5. Follow the prompts to place your order
