Share what you’ve learned, and be recognized. 

You researched. You organized your notes. You wrote your paper or created your project. Now is your chance to share what you learned, and earn recognition.

How to Enter

You must fill out a submission form to enter your social research project in the Expo. Any research about human behaviors, relationships or societies, regardless of the course, will be considered.  Even if you haven't received a grade for your research, you may still submit it for the Expo.

All entries must be received by no later than April 16

Entrants will:

  • Be invited to the Academic Resource Center where they will receive assistance on how to present their work.
  • Be given table space at the Expo to display their research.
  • Have an opportunity to exchange ideas and talk about their projects with Expo attendees.
  • Receive recognition for their work.

$300 in bookstore gift certificates will be awarded as prizes to the top projects. Those who attend the event will be invited to vote on their favorite entry, so students are encouraged to invite their family and friends.

The Expo

The Expo is open to the community, and there is no charge to attend. Refreshments will be served.
Attendees will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite projects and to show their support for the work of JTCC’s students.
